Before you pay
Our team confirms the products, quantities, destination, shipping charge and estimated dispatch and delivery times in your quotation or order confirmation. Availability and shipping options depend on the destination. Any duties, taxes or clearance responsibilities must be explained in the agreed shipping terms.
Dispatch and tracking
We work with several international freight forwarders. A shipment may use different partners for export and local delivery, and the tracking number may change at handover. Tracking updates can take time to appear.
Ask Order Support to check the parcel for you. Send your order reference, payment reference or the name and contact details used when ordering. You do not have to find the correct carrier website yourself. We may ask for limited details to verify that the order is yours.
Delivery estimates
The times quoted for an international shipment are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service. Customs checks, weekends, public holidays and carrier handovers can affect delivery. If there is a delay, our team will request an update from the relevant forwarding partner.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery details before confirming the order. Tell us immediately if anything needs changing. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier and may not be possible. If a parcel is held, damaged, marked delivered but not received, or returned to sender, contact Order Support and keep the packaging and any carrier notices.
We review the actual shipment record before agreeing a remedy. Damage, incorrect deliveries and confirmed loss are handled under our Returns & refunds policy. Do not send a parcel back without our instructions.
A support channel that stays available
For existing orders, parcel status, complaints or refunds, use Telegram @LN_Bioscience or email support@globalinsightllc.com. These channels remain available if the WhatsApp account you originally spoke to becomes unavailable. You do not need to place a new order to receive support.
